That morning I woke up at six o'clock. I normally never wake up too early, but it was a special day. I was going to meet my friend Freddie after one year talking with him on the internet!
I was so excited, I had met him by twitter because both of us love the same music and we love Harry Potter! Well, this can sound a bit friki, but I really think that everybody is a bit friki, but some fandoms are more sociably accepted than others. For example, if you like football, many people think it's cool but if you like reading or watching series like "Doctor Who" or something like that, you're a strange person. And I don't think so.
The important thing is that we're meeting today in Picadilly Circus. Don't worry! We had though in everything. We though that it's going to be full of people, so we are going to meet near the underground station. He's going to wear a pink trousers and a cap from Amsterdam because he went there this summer. I'm going to wear a yellow dress and take 'The perks of being a wallflower' in my right hand because it's the book that I'm reading at the moment.
I went downstairs to have breakfast and I found my 12-years-old little brother at the kitchen. I wasn't waiting to see him there because it was so early, so I asked him what was he doing there. He answered me that he has listened me talking on the phone with someone. I had been talking with my friend, Mary, but I tried to speak low because I didn't want to wake up anyone. But my brother has a light dream, so he always listen me. I explained him that I was going to meet a friend and he said "If he is your new boyfriend you can tell me". It drives me crazy when he jokes with this kind of things.
I told him to return to bed and finally I had breakfast, coffee with toast, like every Saturday morning. At seven o'clock I returned upstairs to have a shower and dress up. When I was going to dress up I couldn't find my yellow dress, so I shouted "MUM, WHERE'S MY YELLOW DRESS?". She said that she had lend it to a friend, so I was very angry because she hadn't asked me. I started to be very nervous because I NEED that dress.
Well, I could wear my green dress and took the book, so he would recognize me without problem. I was ready at eight o'clock and I was going to met him at ten o'clock so I decided to watch TV until nine o'clock to calm down myself. At nine o'clock I took the underground to go to Picadilly Circus.
I arrived at five past ten. I was arriving later! I went upstairs and there were many people but I hoped I could find him. After forty-five minutes I hadn't found him! And I hadn't got his phone number, so I decided to go home. The rest of the day I watched TV and played games with my brother, so I didn't take the computer. It was a horrible day!
